Founded

Dr. Sham Tiwari established Vetsfarma Limited with a mission to provide quality animal healthcare products to Indian farmers.

1983

First Pharmaceutical Unit of Tablet, Powder & Liquid

Invested in state-of-the-art manufacturing infrastructure, setting the benchmark for quality veterinary drugs in India.

1999

Second Pharmaceutical Unit of Injectables

Established a new injectable unit with a dedicated R&D and technical team, accelerating new product development across livestock and poultry segments.

2003

International Business

Launched international operations, commencing export to Bangladesh, Nepal and Bhutan, making Vetsfarma's first steps as a global animal healthcare company.

2005

New Unit in Himachal Pradesh, India

Expanding our manufacturing footprint with a state-of-the-art facility in Himachal Pradesh to deliver high-quality animal healthcare solutions more efficiently.

New Corporate office

Dr. Sham Tiwari (1946 - 2015)

Founder of Vetsfarma Limited

Dr Sham Tiwari was a visionary veterinarian, entrepreneur and pioneer in the Indian animal healthcare industry. A graduate in Veterinary Science from Lala Lajpat Rai University of Vet and Animal Sciences, Hissar, Haryana, he dedicated his life to improving animal health and supporting dairy and poultry farmers across the country.
Driven by a passion for innovation and a deep understanding of the Veterinary sector, he founded Vetsfarma Limited with the objective of providing high-quality, accessible and effective animal healthcare solutions. This commitment to scientific excellence, ethical business procedures and customer-centric value laid the foundation of the company’s growth and reputation.

Co-Founder

Mr K.R. Madan was born on 15th March 1956 in India. He completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy from Pharmacy College, Sagar, Madhya Pradesh, India. He joined Vetsfarma in the year 1981 as the Head of Quality Control & Quality Assurance. He is committed to quality & business ethics.

Dr S.K. Tiwari was born on 15th August 1955 in Punjab, India. He completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Veterinary Science in the year 1977 from Guru Angad Dev Veterinary & Animal Science University, Ludhiana, Punjab, India. He joined Vetsfarma in the year 1979 as a Marketing Head.
